About this event
Join us at Guide Dogs of The Desert (GDD) campus in Whitewater for Paws and Cars. Coffee and treats will be provided by Great Autos and served to Members and GDD Volunteers. Upon Arrival pick up your ticket for complementary coffee and treat at the coffee truck. Additional items may be purchased.
NO FREEWAY *** Getting there is easy and you do not have to get on I-10. Gene Autry to Palm Drive to Dillon Road OR Indian Canyon to Dillion Road
RSVP required no later than Wednesday October 16th.
GDD has a spectacular facility and will provide tours and most likely some dogs to pet, if we are lucky there may be some puppies to play with too.
GDD will be inviting the public to view our cars too, so this is a good chance to show off our lovely cars.
They may have some students there with their new dog, please do not attempt to pet any dogs with the students, these dogs are working and can not be distracted (unless Student gives your permission).
Donations can be made by purchasing a Gift Basket for the Puppy Walkers in main lobby - This is totally optional and not required to attend.
Parking will be under the solar panels. When you arrive turn left into the left campus and drive around the building to the solar parking area.
